Instructor Led Courses

Integrative Reflexology

This main course will teach you foot, hand, and ear reflexology basics and techniques.
You will follow the 4-theory approach to reflexology: structural alignment, zones, oriental meridians, and proprioceptors. This technique is easy to use with the whole hand approach, making it gentle on thumbs. You will also learn about the cautions and contraindictions to reflexology, as well as proper standing and structural alignment exercises. Anatomy of the lower leg and foot: bones, muscles, and actions. We will also help you to work with infants, children, pregnant monthers, the elderly, and the terminally ill. And as a bonus, we include the history of reflexology and ways to help you market reflexology.

One Day Instructor Led Courses

Muscle/Meridian Reflexology

This course was originally one day of level 2 Integrative Reflexology ®.
It is an innovative approach to releasing the muscle tension locked in the muscles and reflected/or reflexed in the feet. Using the premise of Rolfing ® and Ida Rolf's own words "The feet are the tattletales of the body." In working the map of the feet the major muscles are inserted and correspond to the actual area of the body. This phenomenon was repeatedly presented with the hip and sacrum points and the muscle so often challenged the piriformis which originates and inserts between the two bones. This began the art and practice of releasing the muscles with corresponding massage of the feet and the reflex areas on them.
Prerequisite: Integrative Reflexology full course either 3day, 2day or home study, or other reflexology training.

Lymphatic- Reflex Detox

Formerly part of Level 2 Integrative Reflexology ®
Combining the therapeutic session as a basic lymphatic massage techniques, colon cleansing with massage and castor oil packs, and foot and hand reflexology gives a powerful detoxification massage and reflexology session. The toxins in the nervous system are picked up by the lymph system and carried out of the body via the lymph. The lymph’s connection to the small intestines via the peyers patches makes colon cleansing a perfect addition to this cleansing modality. This is both an educational workshop on the connection between the lymph and the nerves, as well as the cleansing massage protocol to use as complete session to offer their clients. 7 Hours
Prerequisite: Student will need to have a reflexology background and be a Massage Therapist

Hot Rockin Reflexology/Sweet Feet Aromatherapy

Offered separately as one day workshops or as a one day combination workshop.
The student will be able to safely and effectively use heated basalt rocks along with aromatherapy during a reflexology session. The rocks will also double as a tool to perform a reflexology session. The student will learn a technique to use the rocks both in the affected area and as a wrap or pack on the feet. The student will learn about therapeutic aromatherapy with eight essential oils targeting common discomforts. Students will learn about the benefits of each essential oil. Students will learn how to combine the oils and then add to a carrier foot balm for the reflexology session.
Prerequisite: Prior reflexology knowledge not necessary but helpful
